Ammena and Simba are expecting a litter of Wolfdog Puppies to be born the beginning of August— and to say I’m excited is an understatement! This is Simba’s first litter, and everyone is so excited to see puppies from him specifically— he is a very special boy! Simba is 46.2% Wolf and is giant in size, he attracts a crowd everywhere he goes because of it and the fact that he does resemble an actual lion. He has an amazing temperament and I have done a lot of training and socialization with him to create the cuddly, majestic and gentle dog he has become. His most favourite thing is to snuggle in bed with me and would literally do that all day if allowed. To make this litter even more special— this will be Ammena’s final litter before her retirement. Ammena is 24.7% Wolf has produced some amazing puppies for us in the past, and is the mother of Ocean (My Blue Wolf). Ammena is the favourite dog of all my close friends—she is very charismatic with her big smiles and full body wags—and her giving hugs makes people fall in love with her instantly. She is a wonderful mother, very loving, proud and attentive to her puppies and they learn a lot from her affection and friendliness.

Ammena and Simba will produce puppies around 35% Wolf with the remaining breeds being Alaskan Malamute, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky and Samoyed. I expect these puppies to be an amazing choice for first time Wolfdog families—I think the combination of both Ammena & Simba’s temperament will create puppies with a wonderful demeanor and that they will be extraordinarily loving and affectionate towards their families as well as being highly trainable and social. Families will still need to submit and application and have a good understanding of socialization protocols to be approved for this litter.

Both Ammena and Simba have passed their OFA Hip and Elbow certifications and have been Embark DNA and Health Tested. Puppies from this litter will be raised in house on Puppy Culture Socialization Protocol and will also work regularly with True North Nordics’s Professional Dog Trainer to ensure proper training and socialization.
